SERVICE AXIOM #9: When told that there are “no agents available” and “you will be called back within one hour”, know that: 1. IF they call you back (within an hour or not) it will happen at the least convenient moment. 2. You will receive no call back at all (Note: odds of this increase if you clear your schedule for the day to do nothing but wait). NATIW’S COMMENTARY ON AXIOM #9: Whoever wrote this was an optimist.
